When guests submit an RSVP, that information is made available to the couple who owns the wedding website. The couple is responsible for using guest information respectfully and only for wedding-related purposes. We process guest data on the couple’s behalf.

We rely on trusted third parties to operate VEmoments, including hosting, database and authentication, content delivery and security, and payment processing. These providers only receive the information necessary to perform their services.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to operate the service. We do not use these for advertising.

We retain your wedding website and associated data for the duration of your access period and for a reasonable time afterward. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time.

You may access, correct, or delete your personal information by managing it in your dashboard or by contacting us. Guests may contact the couple, or us, to request changes to their RSVP information.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

VEmoments is intended for adults planning weddings. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above when we do.
